The committee has a total of 17 voting members, 3 ex-officio, non-voting members, and 1 non-voting liaison from the UA. Except where otherwise specified, members serve three-year, staggered terms.
Two voting positions are open to undergraduate students. Terms are two years in length and staggered.

Employees (non-academic or non-professorial academic staff) wishing to join this committee should apply online:

Except where otherwise indicated, faculty positions on assemblies committees are staffed by the Faculty Senate. Since the Faculty Senate is external to the Office of the Assemblies, please inquire directly through the following address if you are a member of Cornell faculty and are interested in serving on an assemblies committee:
The UA appoints a liaison from its membership to serve as a non-voting member of this committee.
The following five people are voting members of the committee by virtue of their appointed position in the university:
The following university staff serve as ex-officio, non-voting members of this committee:
