The purpose of this page is to provide information about the actions of the UA Codes and Judicial Committee (CJC) with respect to a report developed by Barbara Krause at the request of the administration recommending significant changes to the campus judicial system (the Tuesday, 29 November 2005 Memo from President Rawlings to Barbara Krause (pdf)). The report, released on Monday, 15 May 2006, is titled Report On A Review and Proposed Revision Of The Cornell University Campus Code Of Conduct and is commonly called the Krause Report.
CJC has reviewed the Krause Report, and has produced the following report in response:

No further action is expected on the Krause Report at this time. This page has been archived. For subsequent actions brought about by the Krause Report, please visit the Codes and Judicial Committee Home Page.
The committee solicited community feedback on this proposal by a number of means. You may view most comments received at the spring 2007 CJC comments page.
