Purpose

The purpose of this page is to provide information about the actions of the UA Codes and Judicial Committee (CJC) with respect to a report developed by Barbara Krause at the request of the administration recommending significant changes to the campus judicial system (the Tuesday, 29 November 2005 Memo from President Rawlings to Barbara Krause (pdf)). The report, released on Monday, 15 May 2006, is titled Report On A Review and Proposed Revision Of The Cornell University Campus Code Of Conduct and is commonly called the Krause Report.

Thursday, 7 December 2006: Letter from President Skorton concerning review of campus code and judicial system.

Monday, 5 February 2007: CJC public forum on proposed changes to Campus Code, 4–6pm at Willard Straight Hall Memorial Room. The video of the forum [1] is available.
Monday, 12 February 2007: CJC meeting.
Monday, 19 February 2007: CJC meeting.
Monday, 26 February 2007: CJC meeting.
Monday, 5 March 2007: CJC meeting.
Wednesday, 7 March 2007: CJC report to UA.
