1. Introductions of members & election of chair and vice chair
2. Update from the UA
3. Brief update on the work over the summer, which resulted in a revised code, and a proposed schedule based on the President’s letter
4. Discussion points regarding the revised code (based on community concerns from last year):
   • Maintains the independence of the system
   • Evidence - clear & convincing vs. preponderance
   • Faculty and staff (including administration), as well as students, continue to be covered by the code
   • Off-campus jurisdiction
   • Reorganization and simplification,
     • Judicial process combined
     • Title five now part of Title one
5. Ready to send revised code to the community? How best to accomplish that?
