The committee has a total of 12 voting members, 5 ex-officio, non-voting members.
Two voting positions are open to undergraduate students.
Undergraduate students wishing to join this committee should apply online:
One voting position is open to graduate and professional students.
Graduate or professional students wishing to join this committee should apply online:
Two voting positions are open to employees.
One is internally appointed by the board.
The remaining employee position is staffed by the employee assembly.
Employees (non-academic or non-professorial academic staff) wishing to join this committee should apply online:
Three voting positions are open to faculty.
Of these, two are internally appointed.
The remaining position is staffed by the Faculty Senate.
Except where otherwise indicated, faculty positions on assemblies committees are staffed by the Faculty Senate. Since the Faculty Senate is external to the Office of the Assemblies, please inquire directly through the following address if you are a member of Cornell faculty and are interested in serving on an assemblies committee:

The Vice President of Student and Academic Services appoints one voting delegate to the board from staff.
