EA: January 20, 2010 Letter to President Skorton

Dear President Skorton,

On January 6, 2010, the Employee Assembly unanimously passed a resolution transferring the EA’s CARE Grant Fund to the Division of Human Resources. Attached to this email is the full resolution and its terms.

This resolution includes a change to our Charter. In accordance with Article 7 of our Charter, the resolution passed with the required affirmative vote of two-thirds of seated members and the Employee Assembly hereby submits this resolution to you for approval.
