Discussion topic: EDP survey results

Much anticipated EDP survey results were shared with members. Survey results to be presented to the EA at tomorrow’s meeting. Survey results to be updated on website after putting forth EA.

Response rate received: 71 % (37 respondents out of 52 sent)

Focus areas of feedback received:

• Flexibility
• Supervisory Support
• Tax implications

Idea box:

• Information needed from benefits: Candidates dropped out from EDP to elicit feedback.
• Info needed from EDP survey respondents who provided e-mail addresses: promotion /job status
• Affinity group for employees taking classes/EDP
• List serve to share info
• Education Committee table at SEED
• Brochure during employee orientation?

• Provide information to supervisors: Employee essentials (supervisors)
• 360 degree feedback
