Elections are administered by the Office of the Assemblies on behalf of the Employee Assembly Elections Committee.

Election results
1,415 ballots were cast, of which 1,413 were electronic and 2 were paper. Tabulation was done using FreeSTV, which is an adapted, unbranded version of OpenSTV 1.6.1. Raw ballot data are available.

How to become a candidate
Each person who wishes to be a candidate in these elections, must complete and hand in the following requirements before noon on Monday, April 2nd, 2012:
- Candidates must complete the following requirements online:
- Candidates must also print, complete, and return the following documents to 109 Day Hall
- Candidate Registration Form
- Have your photo taken at 109 Day Hall.
