The minutes for November 24, 2003, January 26, 2004 and February 23, 2004 were unanimously approved.

III. Committee Reports

A) Executive Committee
G. Hurley said he brought up graduate student issues at the recent Board of Trustee meeting. He said the meeting went quite well, particularly in regards to the child care issue.

B) Ivy Summit
G. Hurley said he went to Philadelphia for the Ivy Summit with J. Moriarty and D. Schmale about a month ago and the meeting went well. They are going to try to open up lines of communication with representatives from the other Ivies to help support Cornell on issues such as child care. In the future, the GPSA may not have to pay to participate in the Ivy Summit because Sunny is looking to make the Ivy Summit an annual expenditure.

C) WSH Re-building Task Force
K. Massey said there are several governing committees involved. They met to discuss an agenda for the rest of the year and are in the process of scheduling meetings now. He said they are in need of another graduate student representative. J. Moriarty expressed interest.

D) Other Updates
S. Schmid introduced Karen Navah, the new law school representative for the year.

G. Hurley asked the members to look through their fields to recruit people to fill in COR slots, since elections will be coming up soon. The date for elections is April 12th, the next COR meeting.

B. Holmes said the GPSAFC deadline for budget packets is April 2nd.

IV. Business of the Day
A) Committee Resolution

B) Letter to Lehman
H. Etienne passed around copies of the letter with updated changes from the last COR meeting. He said the letter encourages individual students to respond to Pres. Lehman’s Call to Engagement themselves. Areas of importance were identified

V. Adjournment

Respectfully submitted,
