Closing Remarks / Additional Planning:

  • 1. The funding situation was discussed and it was decided that the FC would allocate between $15,000 and $17,500 in order to leave some funds for the final month of applications.
  • 2. The BGPSA and Policy Review applications were discussed first and officers from these organizations were questioned.
  • 3. Members in attendance summarized the applications that they had reviewed and the chair passed on the comments absent members had sent to her.
  • 4. The FC wanted to fully fund the Filthy Gorgeous event and SPRs from Philomela and Pandaemonium Germanicum, but were unable due to lack of funds. It was decided that the FC would partially fund and return to these applications In December.
  • 5. The meeting overran and finished at 8.30pm.
