Dear Vincent,

I am in receipt of Resolution 42 and its accompanying report in support of creating a new Service Learning Cooperative. I understand that you and VP Murphy had planned to meet and discuss this but were unable to do so due to schedules. I ask you and Susan to meet to discuss the best way to move forward. Because I am not sure when you and she may be able to meet, I don’t think I will be able to meet the January 7 due date. As soon as I hear of your and Susan’s progress, I will respond further.
