III. Training and Help Sessions

• L. Kogos: Training will be Saturday, 1/28, 12–2pm in Rockefeller Hall room 132.
  • This is for old and new commissioners. We will do some mock budgets. Withing the next week, we will send out a schedule for the budget hearings.
  • We will try to do a make up for whoever is missing the training. Email Claire Blumenthal if you know that you will miss it.
• Help sessions will be Tuesday 1/31 and Wednesday 2/1, 4–4:30pm. Location is TBA.

IV. Changes

• L. Kogos: We are trying to implement a lot of new changes to SAFC. Please email the board to let them know if you want to help with any part of that.

V. Attendance

• C. Blumenthal: We use the point system. You receive 1 point for any excused absence and 2 points for an unexcused absence. Budget hearings and interviews are more points. At 5 points you get a warning, at 7 points there is a hearing about your status as a commissioner.
• B. Coulter: Keep in mind that you are automatically removed at 11 points. Let C. Blumenthal know ahead of time and we will be reasonable.
• L. Kogos: Also keep in mind that regular meetings are Mondays at 5pm.

The next meeting will be Monday 1/30, 5pm in Day Hall room 162.
