The committee has a total of 10 voting members and 4 ex-officio, non-voting.
The committee has at least six additional positions open to undergraduates. Of these, two thirds (four) must be staffed with students who receive some form of institutionalized financial aid. None of these members need be a member of the Student Assembly.
Undergraduate students wishing to join this committee should apply online:
Two voting positions are open to any faculty member on the Ithaca or Geneva campus.
Except where otherwise indicated, faculty positions on assemblies committees are staffed by the Faculty Senate. Since the Faculty Senate is external to the Office of the Assemblies, please inquire directly through the following address if you are a member of Cornell faculty and are interested in serving on an assemblies committee:

The following university staff serve as ex-officio, non-voting members of this committee:
The Financial Aid Office appoints one of its counselors to serve as a voting member.
Meetings of the committee are generally open to the public. Please contact a member of the committee if there are issues you wish the committee to address.
This committee may form subcommittees. Although it may staff these groups with any interested members of the Cornell community, it is directed to recruit especially from the following groups:
