UA: R. 1 Resolution presented to the University Assembly for Appointment of Members to the University Judicial Boards

As proposed on Wednesday, 25 October 2006.

Whereas the University Assembly (UA) is empowered to select students and non-faculty staff to serve on the University Hearing and Review Boards (UHRB) under Article 1, Section 2 of its charter; and,

Whereas the Codes and Judicial Committee (CJC), a standing committee of the UA, has recommended the following cadre of willing candidates to serve on the UHRB - Mark Cappello, Lisa Harris, Sara Hernandez, and Ed Weissman; and,

Whereas the CJC has recommended the following candidate to serve as the highest-ranking candidate on the alternate student appointments list for the UHRB - Keith Greenberg;

Be it therefore resolved that the UA approves the appointment of the above-identified candidates and refers this action to the President of the University for final approval.
