UA: R. 3: Resolution approving extension of the appointment of the Judicial Administrator

As proposed on Wednesday, 2 May 2007.

Whereas, Article 4, Section 2 of the Assembly’s Charter states that “term of office for the Judicial Administrator shall be two years, effective July 1. Upon the recommendation of the President and with the concurrence of the UA this appointment may be extended for additional terms.”; and,

Whereas, the President of the university has recommended that the appointment of the current judicial administrator be extended for another term of two years, effective July 1, 2007;

Be it therefore resolved that the University Assembly concurs with the President’s recommendation to extend the appointment of the current Judicial Administrator for an additional term; and,

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the Office of the President.
