R.6: Extension of current Judicial Administrator for an addition two year term.

Whereas, The Charter of the University Assembly states in Article 4 chapter 2 that ‘the Judicial Administrator shall be appointed by the President with the concurrence of the UA � Upon the recommendation of the President and with the concurrence of the UA this appointment may be extended for additional terms’;

And whereas, The President has forwarded a letter to the chair of UA with the recommendation that the current Judicial Administrator be extended for another two year term;

Now, therefore be it resolved, the UA confirms the recommendation of the President to extend an additional term of two years to the current JA.
