UA: Letter to President RE: Resolution 4

Dear President Skorton,

It is with pleasure that I convey to you UA Resolution 4, “Providing for a Faculty Advisor to the Office of the Judicial Codes Counselor.”

This resolution was sponsored by Vice Chair Matthew Battaglia and passed by the full University Assembly at our meeting of March 10, 2015.

The Resolution requests the Dean of the Law School name a volunteer, tenured faculty member to serve as a Faculty Advisor to the JCC Office. It is the Assembly’s belief that this type of mentorship and advice would be beneficial to the excellent Law Students appointed to serve in that office.
