UA: Resolution 4: President Skorton's response

Dear Jim,

I note that in my returning the resolution to you last spring, the University Assembly complied with my recommendations and adjusted the Code language accordingly. Thank you for doing so.

With the exception of one editing error (lines 37–38, “may be required by law” should be removed per my May 8, 2013 response), I approve this resolution.

As I stated last spring, I would like to reiterate that the judicial records of university registered organization refers only to student groups. Thus, the group misconduct website will only cover infractions by those organizations.
