UA: The Office of the President responded.

Dear Jim,

I am writing on behalf of President Skorton to answer your question regarding University Assembly-Resolution 9 (UA-R9). It is acceptable to President Skorton to have the UA-R9 recommended changes incorporated into the Campus Code of Conduct at this time, rather than holding it until the companion resolution is ready.

President Skorton would like the Codes and Judicial Committee (CJC) to respond to him by November 1, 2014 regarding the companion resolution. Thank you for communicating this deadline to the CJC for us.
