1. Approve minutes of previous meeting of December 6
2. Finalize language on e-mail to community
3. How best to send out e-mail - Peggy suggests using assemblies’ list serves.
4. Details on open forum: Format, when, where?
5. Discussion of our three main points:
   • Should the UA continue to be responsible for the Code, or should the Administration take over responsibility for the content of the code?
   • Should the Office of the Judicial Administrator continue to be independent? The Krause Report advocates dissolving the JA and moving all disciplinary actions under a new Day Hall office, reporting to the dean of students.
   • Should the campus disciplinary code affect only students, or should faculty, staff and administrators also be bound to follow it? Should things students/faculty/staff do off-campus be subject to Cornell discipline?
