Description: Paper ballots are mailed to eligible voters with instructions and envelopes included to return ballots.

Description: This is a forum where candidates can meet constituents and discuss their positions on issues of importance to constituents. It may take an informal format or a debate format at the discretion of the group overseeing the particular election.
