At funding workshops, commissioners instruct organization leaders in funding guidelines, reimbursement procedures, and announce available funds remaining for current academic year.

The commission must receive both the online budget submission and any printed supporting documentation by this deadline in order for an organization to receive funding in the following academic year. The signed, hard copy of the budget application must be submitted before any funding is spent.
