Announcements: Okenshield’s Apple Fest Dinner
- Oct 18th
- All menu items have apples
- Apple bobbing, samples of Red Jacket Orchards
Cornell Orchards Apple Cider
- Available for four weeks this year
Bear’s Den Pub
- Looking for committee members, freshmen and sophomores
Trillium
- Changes:
- After 3 pm, salads, sandwiches and singing wok will be open.
- After 3 pm, the 365 station will be closed.
Cornell Dining and Food Bank Partnership
- Dining gives to the food bank to distribute food in efficient manner.
- Dining does not throw out “lots of food.”
Sustainability in Dining Meatless Monday
- Is it feasible?
- Promote meatless entrees on Mondays
