I. Call to Order

The Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

II. Roll Call

III. Business of the Day

Introductions/ Shirts/ Attendance Policy/ Help Session Sign-Up/ Database

Y. Neverova welcomed back the commission, and asked the executive board to re-introduce themselves and talk about their positions. She introduced J. Min, the minority liaison for the Student Assembly, and E. Diakow, the SAFC representative for the club sports council. She added that the Annie Linker would be the club sports council liaison.

After the commission played an icebreaker and reacquainted themselves, Y. Neverova informed the commissioners that a new database system and online funding application would be put up within the next day.

L. Rosenblum announced that new commissioner training would be this Saturday at 11:00am. She said next week they will discuss what guideline changes took place in the last semester for those who went abroad.

Y. Neverova asked the commissioners to sign up for the help sessions, would take place from Tuesday to Thursday at 5:30pm.

B. Schreff asked everyone to be at the help sessions early. He discussed the attendance policy and points system, which he would also be sending by email.

Y. Neverova said that after the meeting the commissioners could pick up their new SAFC t-shirts to wear at the help sessions and budget hearings.

Y. Neverova asked if the commissioners had any questions.

J. Nocciolino asked how long the training sessions would be this Saturday.

L. Rosenblum responded that the sessions should be about an hour and a half.

Y. Neverova reminded everyone that the new database should be up tomorrow, and then briefly discussed the issue of Chi Alpha and upcoming changes to the campus code of conduct from the SAO and campus administrators.

The new commissioner shirts were distributed.

IV. Meeting was adjourned at 5:35 pm.
