New Policies Spring 2006
- Club Sport Definition: The SAFC designates club sports teams as those non-varsity teams that meet regularly during their season to represent cornell university in inter-collegiate athletic competitions. Please be mindful of this definition when filling out budget application forms.
- New SAFC Kinko’s/Copying Rate: Our new SAFC Kinko�s rate for all copying is $0.026 per copy. This is the number the commissioners will use to calculate your allocation, and it is the number you should use when filling out your application.
- Gas Mileage: The speaker/performer reimbursement rate is now $0.445/mile.
- No Late Budgets Accepted: In the past we have issued penalties for late budgets; this is no longer our policy. Our policy now is that your budget will not be accepted (online or hard copy) after the deadline! Calendars of deadlines are in your packet or online.
- No Late Materials Accepted Either: Documentation and supporting materials not turned in with the original budget packet will not be considered. You cannot bring supporting materials to your budget hearing.
