- Recommendations made at last meeting are now incorporated into updated resolution
- Deadline of spring 2014 (first SA meeting of next spring semester) to examine and gather information regarding recommendations now incorporated into updated resolution
- Deadline of two calendar years to establish center now incorporated into updated resolution
University Student Supreme Court
- Current System
- Lacks venue to resolve cases of student vs. student, student vs. student organization, Student vs. student governing body, and variations thereof
- Cases must not be violations of Code of Conduct
- Ombudsman has been more visible and available, but does not provide in-depth mediation or legal advice
- Lacks venue to resolve cases of student vs. student, student vs. student organization, Student vs. student governing body, and variations thereof

Discussion/Suggestions
- 5 justices would be more practical if there are many cases to be heard
- Careful this does not become a bureaucratic obstacle for students
