Cornell Collegetown Student Council Joint Project Between Student Assembly and Tri-Council Charge Identify solutions facing students, landlords and residents in order to foster a shared sense of community and produce a more vibrant Collegetown.

Goals

1. Community Development: attract successful businesses that will appeal to residents

2. Community Relations: Increase transparency between landlords and tenants and incentivize good student behavior

3. Safety: Reduce number of cases of high risk drinking in Collegetown
