   1. Introduction to Program Reports (Brief remarks by Ken regarding why we altered the process and what we hope to achieve through a new format. An invitation to the Program Directors to work with us in re-designing the process for mutual benefit.)
   2. Reports from Program Directors (15 minutes for each program)
      1. Brief description of new program initiatives
      2. Topics which the Program Directors would like UA Assemblies’ input on
      3. Issues which the Program Directors would like us to discuss with the Administration during our Leadership Meetings this Spring
      4. Questions raised by UA members (To be responded to either in a subsequent email or in next year’s Program Document.)
   3. Presentation of our tentative proposal for how we would like handle the Program Review process during the 2003–2004 Academic Year.
   4. Group discussion of the proposal (Input to be reviewed by Committee and a formal proposal to be offered at the February UA Meeting).
