Statement of Respect:

What distinguishes higher education from other fields is the existence of an environment where a healthy exchange of ideas is valued. No institution exercises this better than our own Cornell University. We would like the membership of the University Assembly to remember in the discussion of the Campus Code of Conduct to be respectful of each other and each others’ opinions.
