Whereas, there appear to be no current reports to the community from either the University Ombudsman nor the Judicial Administrator, and,

Whereas, the Charter of the University Ombudsman mandates an annual report to the community, and,

Whereas, the last published report of the Judicial Admnistrator appears to have been published in the Cornell Chronicle in October of 1997 http://www.news.cornell.edu/chronicle/97/10.9.97/JAreport.html

Whereas, there may be reasons not apparent to the University Assembly for the absence or tardiness of such reports,

Be it therefore resolved, that The University Ombudsman and the Judicial Administrator be invited to the University Assembly to discuss with the Assembly the views and expectations on reporting to the community, as well as provide the Assembly with an overview of their most recent data.
