I am pleased to inform you that last night, April 10th, the UA passed Resolution 7 Regarding Campus Code of Conduct Compliance with Title IX and approved your appointment of Andrew Watts as the next Judicial Codes Counselor.

Resolution 7 is the result of a year of public discussions within the UA and CJC (Codes and Judicial Committee of the UA) with institutional stakeholders and student leaders on how allegations of sexual violence should be resolved at Cornell. You will see that Resolution 6, which had previously been sent to you became Appendix A of R. 7. This Resolution passed 11 - 0 - 2 and is attached for your review.
