Attached is Resolutions 9 REVISED. If, upon review, this REVISED Resolution satisfies your requirement, please confirm your acceptance of it and we will see that it is properly implemented.

In addition, I have submitted your request to review the issue of “limited advance-notice procedures” to the Chair of the Codes and Judicial Committee. He understands the request and, in accordance with Assembly Bylaws Section 2.7, will take up the matter as soon as possible next semester.
