Student Assembly

On Thursday, 3 May 2007 agenda.

Whereas, the President of the Student Assembly is tasked with seeing that the annual report is written and presented at the last meeting of the spring semester;

Whereas, this report will be presented to the President of the University and the student population;

Whereas, at a meeting prior to presentation of this report it must be approved by a majority vote;

Be it therefore resolved that the SA approve the attached annual report;

Be it further resolved that the President of the Student Assembly forward the report to the President, the Vice President for Student and Academic Service, the Dean of Students, and the Director of the Office of Assemblies, the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly, the Employee Assembly, the Faculty Senate, and any other essential parties as determined by the SA President and SA Vice President of Public Relations subsequent to the passing of this resolution;

Be it further resolved that the report be hosted on the Assemblies website, and a link to the report be made available on the front page of the Student Assembly website;

Be it further resolved that the Vice President of Public Relations take steps to ensure that every member of the undergraduate community is aware of the existence and locations of the report;

Be it finally resolved that the Vice President of Public Relations forward copies of the report to the Cornell Daily Sun, Cornell Chronicle, and any other essential media outlets as determined by the Vice President of Public Relations subsequent to the passing of this resolution.
