Whereas, the Student Assembly is charged with the allocation and oversight of the Student Activity Fee;
Whereas, the Appendix B of the Student Assembly Charter stipulates how by-line funded organizations can utilize SAF funds;
Whereas, certain stipulations contained in Appendix B must be amended to reflect the new Student Activity Fee as approved for 2008–2010;
Be it therefore resolved that the attached Appendix B reflect the most current guidelines regarding use of the 2008–2010 Student Activity Fee;
Be it finally resolved that this updated Appendix B be sent to the Office of the Dean of Students, all By-Line funded organizations, and the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly.
