Whereas, Section 1.1 of the Student Assembly charter states that:
1.1 Legislative Authority Over Policies
The Student Assembly (herein after referred to as the SA) will have legislative authority over the policies of the Department of Campus Life and the Office of the Dean of Students, and have the authority to review the budgets and actions of said departments.
Be it therefore resolved that, by the end of the Fall 2009 semester, the Cornell Department of Campus Life provide, to the student assembly, information regarding the results of the Spring 2009 and Spring 2008 Housing Lottery.
Be it further resolved that, the Cornell Department of Campus Life make every effort to release the requested information online to the general student body
