Dear President Skorton,

Ari Epstein recently notified Ray Mensah and myself that Resolution 81 - SA Charter Revisions- which was submitted to you was not the actual version which was approved by the SA at our May 6th, 2010 meeting. Ray and I have reviewed Resolution 81 regarding the changes to the SA charter. After consulting the audio recording of the meeting and the resolutions uploaded by the SA Clerk to the Assembly’s website, we have been able to validate the charter which was passed. Please find attached the correct Resolution 81, with all appropriate amendments, to this email.

Please note, there were 4 amendments made during the May 6th meeting which are present in this document. These 4 amendments are audible in the audio recording of the meeting.
