Student Assembly

Dear President Skorton,

The Student Assembly passed Resolution 42 and its accompanying report on our November 18th meeting in support of creating a new Service Learning Cooperative by unanimous vote with 6 abstentions. I forward the resolution and the report here for your review.

Section 1.1 of the SA Charter states that the SA “will have legislative authority over the policies of the Department of Campus Life”. I ask that the administration work with the Student Assembly and the sponsors of this resolution in the creation of a new Service Learning Cooperative on Cornell’s Campus.
