Dear Vincent,

Thank you for forwarding Resolution 42 regarding the creation of a new Service Learning Cooperative. Without casting an opinion on whether this proposal is practical or feasible, I am asking Vice President Murphy and her colleagues to meet with members of the SA to explore this proposal. I understand that you are meeting with Vice President Murphy and Dean of Students Kent Hubbell on January 26th.

I will await a final recommendation from Vice President Murphy on the ability to implement your proposal once space, budget and policy issues have been addressed.
