Whereas, the Student Assembly created the Ad Hoc Late Nate Programming Committee through Resolution 18;

Whereas, the Committee submitted its Late Night Programming Report to the SA at the end of the Fall semester;

Whereas, the Committee has written and is moving forward with its Pub Report;

Whereas, the below Byline Organization Charter changes have been written by the organizations in support of the creation of the Pub and the programming which will occur in the Pub;

Be it therefore resolved, the SA approve the changes to the Student Union Board (SUB) Charter
