Dear President Skorton,

I would like to formally communicate to you Resolutions 73–75 and 78. This bundle of resolutions encompasses changes to the SAFC Guidelines, as well as routine approvals of their new commissioners for your general information. Each resolution is briefly summarized below.

R.73: Changing the SAFC Commissioner Cap to Address Increasing Budget Requests - This resolution seeks to increase the total number of commissioners to 40. The SAFC has seen an exponential increase in the number of student organizations that are applying for funding. In order to better manage the workload, the SAFC requested to add additional commissioners.

R.74: Approval of New SAFC Commissioners - This resolution is the routine approval of the SAFC Commissioners. The new commissioners were selected through a refined process that helped to ensure a diverse range of students from each of the colleges and from various backgrounds.

R.75: SAFC Guidelines Changes - This resolution makes edits to the guidelines that reflect the changes to SLECA (former SAO), as well as changes to reflect the addition of OrgSync.

R.78: Approving SAFC Co-Chairs & VP of External Operations - This resolution is a routine approval of the new internally-elected co-chairs and new VP of External Operations.
