Student Assembly

Dear President Skorton,

I would like to formally convey Resolution 5: Updating United Student Body, sponsored by our Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion, Shivang Tayal, to you for your consideration.

Although last semester, the Student Assembly passed major edits to the United Student Body document, these changes did not reflect current SAFC tiers in the wording. Therefore, Shivang updated the language to reflect the Tiers number 2 and 3, rather than the monetary values associated with these tiers, which may change, to avoid confusion with the document. This Spring, he plans to reevaluate the more major changes we made last semester, based on the outcomes of USB this semester.
